NS = Not Satisfactory (required to be re-submitted).
Students will be awarded C = Competent on completion of the unit when the student has provided the appropriate evidence required to meet all criteria of both assessments. If the student fails to meet this requirement they will receive the result NC = Not Competent and will be eligible to be re-assessed.

The program on healthcare wellness would be helpful for the enhancement of advertising of high qualities that are found within individuals. The organisation should distribute free samples or leaflets that would help in promotion of the program. This would also increase the participation of other people to attending the wellness program.

The evaluation of the program for wellness of the employees will be done by evaluating their capabilities of knowledge. The wellness program designed for employees would be on the obligation for businesses and thus also aim to promote the work culture. Based on this, the management within the organisation would be able to understand employee concerns.
