3.1. Prepare policy documents, and implement and monitor strategies in conjunction with program team members

3.2. Provide appropriate support, assistance and mentors to relevant personnel

3.3. Implement and monitor tracking systems according to program guidelines

3.4. Reach program milestones within agreed time lines and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

4.1. Use agreed evaluation methods  to assess the effectiveness of the program at specific stages

4.2. Communicate information from program evaluation process to stakeholders

4.3. Incorporate evaluation process and outcomes into continuous improvement strategies, enterprise agreements and future corporate plans

Research and explain (minimum 5) various employee health issues that affect the manufacturing industry or the industry in which you are establishing your business (Hint:For example a workplace health issue could be stress)[minimum of 100 words]

The various issues that might affect to the health of an individual are:

  • Sleep Deficiency– Too less sleep can be the prime factor for the various kind of negative effects for the health of individuals. This would lead to the fact that the individual would not get enough energy for performing their work.
  • Changes in Metabolism Rate – Sitting while working in the workplace might lead to severe negative impacts on the changes in the rate of metabolism within humans.
  • Alcohol Consumption – High consumption of alcohol could lead to low form of interest within the workplace (Schnall et al. 2018). This could lead to tremendous form of health issues and also effect the culture of work.
  • Mental Health Stability– Improper mental health growth stability might be leading to stress and other negative implications on an individual’s health.
  • Diabetes – High sugar content in blood of an individual might be leading to low productivity and fatigue nature in the culture of workplace.

High form of anxiety or depressed nature would lead to an adverse effect on the health of an individual. This would thus lead to low kind of concentration within business environment and also effects the work culture.

Diabetes

High amount of diabetes within blood is the major cause of rising glucose levels in blood. This leads to other health issues and low energy within an individual.

Headaches

This problem is directly linked with mental stress. Excessive form of headaches would be leading to migraines that would be able to impact the culture of work.

Obesity

Excessive forms of fat within the human body might be able to pose different health issues. The deposited fats that are found within the body would lead to fatigue nature within the work culture.

Asthma

Chronic form of stress would lead to serious risks of development of asthma. This primarily leads to risks on the health of individual.

Proper education should also be provided in different financial aspects. Proper planning of financial aspects after job life would help an individual to lead a happy life.

Emotional Intelligence Development Training

Emotional Intelligence based concepts would help in developing the culture within work. Individuals would be helped in releasing of stress (Lopes 2016). High kind of emotional quotient would increase productivity and performance of employees.

The program on healthcare wellness would be helpful for the enhancement of advertising of high qualities that are found within individuals. The organisation should distribute free samples or leaflets that would help in promotion of the program. This would also increase the participation of other people to attending the wellness program.

The evaluation of the program for wellness of the employees will be done by evaluating their capabilities of knowledge. The wellness program designed for employees would be on the obligation for businesses and thus also aim to promote the work culture. Proper conducting of reviews will be performed after the entire completion of the wellness program.

Policy 2: Proper kind of attire during the time of workout is a disciplinary rule that should be strictly followed by the individuals. Based on the wearing of the attire, the employees should be allowed access within the training center. This would also ensure a proper training environment.

Policy 3: The employees should be supplied with an instruction guide that would detail the entire processes that would be imparted during the training period (McCoy et al. 2014). The instruction guide would also discuss about the severe and strict instructions that should be followed by each of the employees within the training environment.
