There should be adequate communication in the internal as well as an external process of the organization. Thus the company shall create a producer according to which information shall be communicated in the organization and opinions and suggestions of the employees shall be entertained (Quintanilla, & Wahl, 2015). The foremost important thing which the management shall do is that take control in the activities happening in the organization and onto them. Through this process many problems will resolve.
