The Travel, leisure and the event related industries in both the developing as well as the developed countries have increased the opportunities in business and for such reasons both the developing and the developed countries have been successful in making certain percentage of contribution over the country’s economic growth  and success (de Grosbois 2012). The contribution in business made by the Indian Hotel industry is noticed to push the country economy more forward and on the other hand the international hotel industry is noticed to increase its manpower resistance by making a disparity over the demand and supply of different kinds of services.

In the developing country like India the Indian Hotel Company LTD (IHCL) is branded by the name Taj Group. This is estimated as the chain of hotels as well as resorts which has it’s headquarter at the Oxford house situated in Mumbai and it was incorporated by the Tata group in the year 1903. It has many hotel all over which serves more number of people on certain basis every day.

The Baglioni Hotel is estimated as the luxury five star hotels which are situated in London, England. This hotel is highly luxurious and is located in the Hyde Park Gate which is Kensington area In London. The Hotel is mainly consist of the Italian hotel and has a fountain and stone floors. This hotel consists of about three executive sites as well as two presidential sites. The Hotel contributes about 2.3 percent of its GDP to the country of UK and further is estimated to possess a good relation with the Tourism industry (Mok, et al 2013).  By maintaining a proper relation with the tourism industry the hotel is able to establish satisfaction among the customers.
