· Regulatory requirements (Strong)

The weak bargaining power of the suppliers is characterized by the larger amount of suppliers in the market and heightened competition of the same. It has helped in maintaining different changes in the processes of the business while operating in the international markets. The threat of substitutes is characterized by the lower switching costs which poses a serious threat to the performance of Google.
