The action of technological processes that transform nature, while moving in the opposite direction – from nature to man. is transformed into an artificial “tool” of nature, which in the field of material production raises the possibility of producing not people, but natural s ecosystems. Nature, equipped with technology, begins to give us all the necessary forms of energy and matter in the required quantities, as it sometimes does, but in the form of meager and rare “gifts” of nature (renewable resources). In the human industry, the technical shell of production disappears, it formally and functionally unites with the natural environment and is transformed into the material base.

The EBRD is close to the Australian EIA procedure. It is called the Environmental Impact Analysis (AEB) and is one of the most important types of environmental assessments the EBRD has made as requirements that must be met in order to obtain a loan. Environmental studies are carried out or ordered by the project customer in accordance with the EBRD’s rules for implementing the AEE in order to obtain a sufficient amount of environmental information that will allow the Sydney Operas House Board of Directors to decide on a particular project.

The analysis of the environmental impact is carried out in the case of the implementation of projects related to certain types of new construction, large-scale expansion or conversion-re-profiling irrespective of location due to their environmental significance.
