The term ethical decision making indicates the evaluation process, through which the ethical principles of an organization is being maintained (Walker, Sque & Long-Sutehall, 2017). In the current business scenario, this has become very important for developing ethical decision making practices in an organization. Through this practices, the organization gets the chance to reduce unethical practices in the company (Brewer & Nicolai, 2014). In this study, the relationship between the effective decision making and managerial practices has been highlighted. On the other hand, here the study has also focused on how the ethical decision making process gets influenced by the personal skills. By reviewing different articles, the study has tried to shed light on the influencing factors, which influences the organizational development.

As stated by (Praestegaard & Gard, 2015), in the current business scenario, it has become very important for the organization to develop proper ethical principles. With the increasing number of business organization in the industry, the rate of employment has also increased (McMurrian & Matulich, 2016). In this situation, it has become very important for the organizations to provide equal attention to the employees.  According to Sigurjonsson et al., (2015), this is also the responsibility of the managers to satisfy the needs and demands of the company. Therefore, this can be said that managerial practices and ethical decision making process get highly influenced by each other. By supporting this Wang and Calvano (2015) opined that if the managerial practices are not being developed on the basis of the business ethics, this can also influence the employee turnover in the company. In this study, it has been identified that there is huge gap between the ethical theory and managerial practice. Makridis, Wigner and Lancaster (2016) said, the decision making of an organization is being influenced by this process. This can be said that the Human resource manager of an organization follows the business ethics in the case of introducing any policy in the organization (Wilson,  Scalise & Gochyyev, 2015). In this study, it has been mentioned that if the managers will be able to maintain proper ethics in the organization, it will be helping in the case of developing strong relationship between the manager and the employees. By developing the appropriate ethical principles in the organization, the managers promote and enhance the well-being and welfare of the society and stakeholders as the whole. However, the ethical decision is very difficult for the organizations to adopt, these are being developed on the basis of social, professional and economic pressure. As stated by Brown et al., (2015), the moral issues in the organization is being influenced by the business ethics. The healthy and safe atmosphere in the organization is being provided by the managers by adopting the proper ethical decisions. After analysing the entre study, it has been identified that the study has highlighted that if the manager will not be able to develop the proper ethical principles in the organization, this can disappoint the employees. If the employees will get disappointed, they will be able to focus in their work. On the other hand, this s also the duty of the manager to develop equal rules and policies for the employees. Therefore this can be said that the managerial practices have higher level of impact on the ethical decision-making process of the company.

Influence of managerial practices on ethical decision making

In this study, it has been mentioned that the personality ha higher level of impact on the ethical decision making process (Zentner, 2016). The personality of a human is considered as the combination of experience, maturity and self-awareness. If the person is very much concern about the morality, the person will be able to develop proper ethical principles for the company. Ego strength is one of the important factors for influencing the decision making process of a person (Mendiburo?Seguel, Páez & Martínez?Sánchez, 2015). Therefore, this can be said that the temperament and personality influence the ethical decision making process. If the manager of the organization will be good ad fair enough, the person will never compromise on the ethical standard of the company. On the other hand. The selfish and aggressive person will not be able to maintain the equal ethical standard in the company. With the humble nature, the manager will be able to maintain the effectiveness in the workplace. By using the team oriented goals, the manager of the company can adopt the strong ethical policy, which will be helping to provide safe working culture as well as develop a healthy relationship between the manager and the employees in the organization. After analysing the entire study, this can be said that personality has a higher level of impact in the case of introducing effective ethical policies in the organization. As stated by Cianci et al., (2014), this can be said that the morality and the face of temptation are the two important factors that operationalized the ethical decision making process of a person. By supporting this Soto and John (2017) opined that a perfect leader could play the successful role in developing ethical policies in the organization. Without temptation, the authentic leadership cannot be able to impact significantly on the decision making process. With these personal skills, managers get the chance to motivate the employees towards their work. As stated by Guerci et al., (2015), by maintaining the ethical standard in the organization, working hours, reward compensation, leave and insurance policies of the employees are being maintained. Another way Atkinson, Smith and Singh (2016) opined that this impacts on the organizational performance as well as the productivity of the company. Hence, this can be said that personality of the manager influences the ethical standard of the organization.

From the first questionnaire the emotional intelligence of a person is being judged (Refer to appendix 1). It has been identified in this study that this survey is very important in the case of analysing self-control. This is also helps to analysing the sensitivity of a person. Depending on different situations, the sensitivity of the person is being changed. The calculated score was 55. Which indicates a moderate intelligence of a person. It has been also identified from this survey that I have to quality to influence my colleagues. I am very cooperative.  I am not being able to deal with strangers all the times. With the intellect of mine I will be able to develop the working relationship in the organization. This is also very important for me as it improves the self-awareness. Through this process I have got to know about the strength and weakness of mine. This will be helping in the case of managing the internal and external relationship in my professional life. Here the study has also focused on the Thomas Kilman conflict mode instrument analysis (Refer to appendix 2). This analysis is being done in the case of analysing individual’s behaviour. Through this process the cooperativeness and assertiveness can be analysed. Here individuals’ attempt for satisfying the needs of individuals’ is being analysed. This analysis is being done on the basis of five specific modes. Those are competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding and accommodating. From the Thomas Kilman conflict mode instrument analysis this has been identified that I do not have high competing quality. Depending on the collaborating quality of mine I have located myself in the range between 50 to 60 %. This can be said that with the help of this quality of mine I will be able to work with my colleagues and friends cooperatively. The third important component is compromising, here I have scored 4, which indicts the poor marks. Therefore this can be said that I will be able to in the case of dealing with the compromising situation. Fourth quality is avoiding. Here I have scored 9. Which means, in the case of dealing with the difficult situation, I can effectively avoid the unwanted conflicts. This quality of mine will influence in the case of withdrawn myself from the controversial situation. In accommodating I have scored 4. It means, I am in the range of 30 to 40 %. This can be said that my flexibility level is moderate. The study has also focused on the big five personality instrument analysis (Refer to appendix 3). This analysis is being done on the basis of the five major dimension of human life. In this analysis have scored 73% in openness. In the case of conscientiousness I have scored 71%. In the case of extraversion I have scored 69% and in agreeableness I have scored 56%. From the above scored this can be said that I have the quality of dealing with the people more effectively. This is also very important in the case of analysing my creativity. This can be said that the score indicates my intellectual and adventurous quality. This can be said that this also indicates my interest in culture. I have scored 71% in conscientiousness. This also indicates the high score. As stated by Soto and John (2017), most of the people who have the quality of conscientiousness they are mostly successful in their career. Therefore this can be said that I have higher level of self-control as well as the quality of resistance. This quality of mine will be making me more organized in my life. I have the quality of fulfilling my responsibilities properly. Therefore this can be said that this quality will be very effective for me in my career. The third score has been collected depending on the extraversion. This can be said that extraversion indicates the inclination of individuals. In the case of dealing with the other people, I feel shy. In this test I have scored high. It means I have the quality to develop strong relationship with people. On the other hand, this can be said that it is very effective in the case of dealing with other people. This can be said that the people will focus on the case of dealing with the people. I have scored 56% in agreeableness, which is moderate. People with this skill are typical in balancing individuals’ interests (Kneževi? et al., 2016). Sometimes these people sacrifices their interest for others. In the last part, the analysis has indicated neuroticism, in which I have scored 60%. This is also moderate. People with this quality have the tendency to experience the negative emotion. This increases sadness, anger, worry and guilt. These kind of people are not overly reactive.

My employees can be the main motivation for me, because being a part of the managerial post, it will be helping to perform like the second voice of my employees to the higher authority. I have analysed that for achieving my goals, I need to give the effort for minimum 6 months.

Relevant

I have analysed that in the current scenario, it has been very important to develop a strong relationship with the customers. With the increasing rate of competitors in the market, the demand of the customers is also changing. As its result, it has become very important to develop a strong relationship with the customers for increasing customer retention. In the case of promoting any service or product, this strategy can be adopted because in this case I need to communicate with a large number of people.

Therefore I need to be more responsible towards achieving the goals and goals and objectives of the organization.

As I have analysed from the Big five instrument survey that I have measured that this quality mine has made me avoid in the case of managing the challenges. As its result, my employees are not happy with my performance. By collecting the feedbacks from the employees I will be able to understand if I am improving or not.
