Stakeholder refers to all people that are concerned with the results of the project. The stake holders in construction are: the main contractor, the client, the designers, local authorities, end users amongst others.

It involves listing of milestones, actions and deliverables, commonly with envisioned beginning  

Though it is a time-consuming procedure of knowledge areas, it is a crucial part of project management since it involves essential pieces to make a project successful. These parts include: plan schedule management, dividing of projects into a task, sequencing actions, estimating of activity durations, developing and controlling schedules (Talman, 2018)

Project initiation- initiation is the primary step of construction life circle. Business case file- this document is used to validate the need to start a plan, and it involves a rough approximation of financial benefits. The feasibility study- this is an evaluation of the goals of the projects, timeframe, and expenses to determine whether the project is to be executed.  It stabilities the available resources to the needs of the projects and conclude whether the project would make sense.

Project Integration Management

Managers always leave projects which are considered to bring loses to the business; however, projects that can pass this two tools can be forwarded to the designated project team

Project planning- once the project has been considered viable to be carried out, it need a stable and efficient plan to safeguard the team for getting resources, obtaining and procuring necessary resources, produce outputs, handle risk,  develop acceptance, benefits statement to stakeholders and processing supplies.

Project plan moreover makes the project teams ready for any obstacle that they might come across on when carrying out project activities, master scope, understand the cost and its time framework.

This level is linked to the project management. It is about constructing deliverables that are needed by the consumer, the managers and staff make this possible by allocating necessary resources and keeping the project management team members to concentrate on the assigned jobs.

•    Organise post-mortem – provide the product management team to give feedback about that was carried out. Encourage sincerity by righting down the achievements and mistakes of the project, create a catalogue which offers historical data. Deliver the information as it is
•    Finalize work paper- since plans come out with reams of papers that need to sign off and accepted by the shareholders. Moreover all the contracts are put to an end and address all arrears.
•    Return resources- return all the resource of the company and terminate all contracts made with other partners
•    Archive documents- there are many things to be learned from the past projects, whichever you learn during the prior project you should store them in the archived for future references

When a project management is started, there are certain things definitely that is involved in the issue of business risk. The project management plan assist not only in discovering possible risk but also create methods of in which this risk can be prevented.
