Description: Prince2 or projects in controlled environment would be implied for tailoring of any requirements and be used for developing the operations of the project. Prince2 methodology would be implied for the development of all types of the projects (Saad et al. 2014). The seven principles on which the Prince2 works are Continued Business Justification, Defined Roles and Responsibilities, Learn from Experience, Manage by Exception, Manage by Stages, Tailor to Suit the Project Environment, and Focus on Products.

Advantage: The benefit of implementing the Prince2 methodology is that it can be tailored to any requirements and be used for developing the operations of the project.

Extreme Programming

Disadvantage: Lengthy process for carrying out the activities of the methodology and implementing the project.

The literature review that would be developed for evaluating the concept of implementing the operations of the project by using project management concepts and tools had been evaluated in this report. The concept of project management is very helpful for integrating the development of the project operations for the successful completion of the project. There are various types of project management methodologies that can be evaluated for the development of the project concepts and implication of management tools. Some of them that had been evaluated in the literature review are Adaptive Project Framework, Agile Development Methodology, Crystal Methodology, Dynamic System Development Model, Extreme Programming, Feature Driven Development or FDD, Waterfall Model, System Development Life Cycle, Scrum Methodology, and Prince2 Methodology. The evaluation of all these methodologies had been done for forming the complete analysis of the project management concepts and theories.
