The project charter has been presented considering the aspects and activities necessary for the accomplishment of the chosen case study, which is a connected city ‘connect regionally and globally.’ This project charter explains the constraints those could be utilized for the development of project planning and executing a successful project that will be helpful in developing a transport network for allowing the consumers to be connected with the major cities and global world.  

The purpose of this report is to explain the aspects of the project management those are necessary for the successful deployment of the project a connected city in an efficient and effective manner. This report presents the schedule, cost, activities, and risks associated with the delivery of this project.
