The project will be completed by following the design-bid-build method. The design phase is used to develop the construction engineering drawings for renovating the working environment of the enterprise. The conceptual systematic design should be developed by the engineer for identifying the requirement of the resources required in the development of the project. In the bidding phase, the tenders from various contractors are collected.
