In this task you are asked to critically evaluate the performance of your team and discuss what you would consider to be effective and what areas needed further development in terms of building this team and completing the project. In your discussion you must consider the following:

The project of analyzing the topic of ‘How does lack of professionalism affect Human Resources (HR)’ was executed for analyzing and evaluating the factors affecting HR. The project implication would be defined with the formation of the effective work completion and the listing with the formation of the satisfaction and experience management of the project (Naumann et al. 2016). The following section would include the analysis of the evaluation of the teamwork, effective communication, and conflict management.

Communication management for the team members is applied with the formation of the initiative work alignment (Nikulchev, Ilin, Biryukov and Bubnov 2016). The main role of the communication would be aligned with the formation of the information conveyance. The main motive for the communication would be effectively management and it would be successively managed with the identification of the wrong information management. The team required more effective methods for the information on the literature analysis of the professionalism. The implication would be aligned for the formation of the satisfactory work alignment. The utilization of the proper and effective implication of the information management development. The team members would be responsible for the effective work listing management of the project. The different means of communication would be effective with the formation of the work alignment and the listing of the timely execution of the projects. The team members would form the use of the virtual platforms for the integration of the works.

According to the study of the team work analysis for the research project, it is clear that the management of the work would be supported by the integration of the timely management and operations (Naumann et al. 2016). The teamwork level would be implied with the organization of the works and the calculation of the successive work alignment. Task 2: Your Professional Skills

Each of the team members would be responsible for collection of the information about the impact of the professionalism on the human resources. The improvements in team work would align for the management of the specific roles. The information listing for the project would take care of the innovative work alignment and the fixation of the specific formation.

As defined by Mauroux et al. (2016), the project works was taken care following the principles of the project management. The first lesson learnt from the study of the topic of How lack of professionalism affects Human Resources (HR)’ was that effective communication and information management would be responsible for the alignment would be deployed effectively. The utilization of the communication management would be implied with the significant listing of the operations taking care of the innovation development. There were some conflicts during our meeting session and brainstorming processes. The critical communication would be implied with the continuation of the successive management of the processes. The study had underpinned the deployment of the activities and formation of the major alignment for the listing of the project completion. I have been responsible for the project as being a team leader I had to ensure that the effective work implication would be helpful in defining the successive implication of the system development. I had to take care of the work division, progress of the work, system alignment operations, and improved work efficiency in the team. It was important for managing the work for the project and collect information. I had aligned the deployment of the activities for ensuring that the work would be effectively managed. The activity alignment had been implied for ensuring the enabling of the smart work execution. Decision making, leadership skills, initiative acting, flexibility, and team building (Hoffses et al. 2016). The use of these skills would be helpful for the formation of the alignment development.

Conflicts in Teamwork and Conflict Resolution

I had to ensure that the implication of the effective activities and their alignment would be supported by the effective alignment of skills of decision making, leadership skills, initiative, flexibility, and team building. The functional alignment had been developed considering the simplification of the work and listing the formation of the improved innovation development (Warnock and Mohammadi-Aragh 2016). I had to endure effective leadership skills for forming the alignment of the operations and specific work completion. It was important for implying improved leadership with the formation of the improved innovation and execution. The alignment of the activities would be largely deployed with the innovation and deduction of the operations for taking care of the innovative work integration (Bastalich, Behrend, and Bloomfield 2014). The listing of the works would be deployed for forming the listing of the activities. The use of the flexible time management had been helpful for ensuring the alignment of the specific work completion. I had been using the concept of team building and flexibility for executing the project works.

Team building helped me in taking care of the works that was not doable from my end by bringing the person with required skills (Shoemaker et al. 2016). The team building is a constructive work that ensures the bringing of people with same or different skills and knowledge to collaborate and work on the same deliverable. I needed people with innovative work development and development so that the analysis would be implied with the consideration of the work. The skills of team building was required for not only building but also bringing the team members on same platform. The building of the team work has been largely impacted by the formation of the work confirmation.

Flexibility was another major professional skill that I followed as it helped in making work easier for the members (Long and Bailey 2017). The team members performed best under the flexibility in time and performance. I had to make sure that the flexibility was given only under the formation of the specific work completion. The quality and work performance for the project had to be kept intact and the listing of the probable.
