From the above discussion it is concluded that the organisation can make several advancements in various departments according to the main advancement of the organisation and it is also necessary for the organisation to make the situation more advanced in terms of making the system efficient in terms of making the system more advanced. In this report the discussion of several aspects of two organisations are given with respect to the interview taken from the head of the department of the organisation. There are many types of businesses and each of those requires proper planning and arrangement to make the whole functioning successful. In an organisation there are many strong as well as weak issues which are to be analyzed in order to get the best possible result for the system. The main idea regarding the system is to create the whole system in such a way so that the organisation makes the proper planning and it is also important to make the system more advanced with respect to the several factors which are also important for the advancement of the organisation. From the interview which is taken from the corresponding persons who are given the role of the head of the organisation. The main idea which is received for this analysis is that the organisation can make the system more advanced in terms of several production line and functionality.
