The revenue which has been earned by the company till the year 2015 is A$1.043 billion and the number of employees working in the restaurant is 15000 till the year 2017 (HungryJacks.com., 2018).

The major objective is to analyse and identify the structure of market, expansion along with the growth strategies, non -pricing and pricing strategies which will help in identifying the opportunities which can be gained by the company effectively.
