Background of Kurie Kurie Town with Heart Mural Project

The Town with Heart community program was going to be arranged in the small town named as Kurie Kurie. The project was undertaken for establishing Murals or wall painting in the town. The project of wall painting was started in the year 2004. This program creates the unique identity of the Kurie kurie town all over the world. In this paper we are going to innovate the town with the arrangement of Town with Heart Mural project so as to bring pride and prosperity to the city. The group of community involved should cooperate in different sectors such as business, education, health, council, cleanliness, tourism, youth education, and others. The good quality portrait of the murals on the walls will result in attracting huge amount of tourism within the small town. The project manager should actively participate in guiding the local people of the area about the advantages of drawing murals in their locality. In this paper, we are looking forward to improve the quality of designing the murals for the small town so as to increase the rate of tourism.  

The project is laid down for paintings murals on walls of the town to increase its popularity and make it a unique city. The murals can designed on different themes chosen from the background of emerging communities. The local community people and artists plays an important role in the development of the mural design because it helps in reflecting the real religious and social activities of the undertaken community. The assets of the local community members help in attracting large tourism towards the small town kurie kurie. Every mural drawn on the wall should depict special quality and culture of the correspondent community. The community representation should guide the artist about what to include and what to exclude from the designing forum of the murals. The project is implemented for drawing five murals throughout the walls of the town. The mural trails have to be developed in the town. During the initialization of the project, some of the social and ethical issues exist with people of local community. The project requires overcoming and resolving the problem of conflict which exists between the employer and the local people of the town because it can affect the feeling and emotions which are associated with the religious activity of their community.

The mission of completing this project is to develop a Kurie Kurie town into a unique city with the implementation of murals and wall paintings on the walls of the town placed throughout the area undertake for the development. It helps in attracting large number of tourism towards the town which helps in improving the economic condition of the city. It provides employment to the large amount of residential people. The city is get equipped with the unique attraction sites. The prosperity of the community culture get improved. The generation of murals helps in creating historical sites for the tourists. The pride and prosperity for the local community can be improved. The assistance given by the local community members to the artists helps in drawing the clear and concise representation of the local community culture. The inclusion of the community members can be increased on the development of developing murals. The leadership plays an important role from the selection of mural to the deployment of it on the wall of the town because social and ethical issues can take place since the feelings and emotion of the local people is attached with the religious activity of their community. These issues have to be resolved with extra care to overcome the problem of disputes and chaos in the working community group. The painting of one community can affect the feelings and emotions of the other community members. Therefore, the confidence has to be built up among the community members by arranging periodic meetings between them. The leader should possess good communication and grievance handling skills for the smooth functioning of the project. The study of literature review of the past experience helps in adding new views, ideas, and thoughts to the designing agenda and elimination of the design on which negative feedback had been generated by the tourists.  The local government and corporate authorities should support the development of murals on the wall of the town. The project should aim on increasing the sponsorship for achieving the long term developing of the project which results into increasing tourism throughout the world for increasing the economic condition of the small town.

Community Cooperation for Mural Project

The objective of the project is to create ten murals throughout the walls of the town to represent the culture and the religious activities performed by different community of the locality. The development of the murals helps in increasing the point of attraction of the tourists. The project manager should set the criteria for the development of the murals. The regular meetings should be arranged with the community members for assisting the artist and building confidence to overcome the problem of disputes and chaos. The budget of the program should be approved for taking sponsorship to achieve long term of the project. The project manager should develop teams for the selection of the site area and location. The analysis of the project sponsor is the key responsibility of the project manager for the long term sustainability of the undertaken project. The owners of the walls should be contacted for granting permission to develop the mural on their walls for increasing the prosperity and pride for their community and town. The documentation of legal, social, political, and ethical issues should be properly carried out so as to minimize the chance of any distraction during the implementation of the planned program. The rendering of the walls involves the approval of the mural content which should be painted on the walls of the city. After the approval of the mural content, the artists should assists for drawing the paintings by the local community members. Mock up murals should be prepared for taking final approval from the local members to start painting on the walls of the town (Obrutsky, 2016). The approval of the sponsorship is the important step for managing the financial resources for the undertaken project.

It helps in improving the economic condition of the city and the local community members.

Agile Project methodology is the best suitable methodology for the undertaken project work of portrait the cultural heritage of the local residential people on the walls of the town which helps in attracting new tourist towards the city and in turn helps in increasing the financial condition of the common people. The purpose of implementing the agile methodology is to resolve the social and ethical issues which exist with the local community so that the deployment program can be achieved flawless in the designing of the religious and cultural activities of the residing people.

The manifesto of the agile methodology is based 12 working principles which are categorised as setting of the priority in flow of activities for raising the satisfaction level of the local community members, the change in the requirement of the participants can be taken under consideration during any phase of the project life cycle model as discussed in the table above, the mock up design of the murals can be delivered within the couple of weeks for satisfying the participants with the delivery of the final product, regular meetings should be arranged between the artists and the chief executive head of the local community members, motivating the artists for achieving the design specification according to the requirement placed by the local people, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of transmitting information through the murals developed showing the cultural heritage of the local people, the success of the design can be measured with the mock-up design of the murals developed, the deployment of the agile methodology works on achieving the long term sustainability program, undertaking the technical risks under consideration so as to achieve success of the project, maximizing the working amount and throughput of the labour, and reflection of the team and effectiveness of the project at meeting arranged in regular interval of time. The implementation of the agile methodology is justified  for the given case study because it helps in mock up delivery of the murals for improvement at the early stage so that the cultural heritage of the local people should not be hurt. The improvement in the final design can be done according to the changing requirement of the local people. They have the authority to include and exclude the area of concern according to their own choice. The artist will work after the approval of the mock up design from the local resident people. The mock up design delivery help in raising the satisfaction level of the participating bodies which helps in motivating the Excellency in the working labour class. The integration and the coordination among the stakeholder helps in ensuring the success of the project which results into the long term sustainability action plan. The integrated meetings should be arranged among the participating bodies so as to explore sharing of large amount of information. The gaps should be studied for removing the design which can hurt the feeling and emotions of the local people. During the initialization of the project, some of the social and ethical issues exist with people of local community. From the past experience, it can be studied that the designing of the murals on the walls of the town is the successful project because the tourism activity in increased from the last decades. The literature review of the past experience helps in adding new views, ideas, and thoughts to the designing agenda and elimination of the design on which negative feedback had been generated by the tourists. The flow of communication should be effectively managed between different stakeholders so as to carry the work in progress smoothly. From the literature review of the town, we have concluded that the risks increased during the festival time because the flow of immigrants in the city increased. The risks management plan has to be designed to resolve the problem associated with the canoe rides. The canoe rides is the exclusive program of the town to show the tourist their cultural heritage drawn on the walls of the town through the placement of canoe in the river. The tourist enjoy the canoe rides with the assessment of cultural and religious heritage of the people. The project manager should schedule the inspection program with the corresponded team members on the site for checking the work done by the team (Jetter, 2015). The gaps in the planned and the actual output in the quality of the murals should be resolved on the site of flaws so that the quality can be improved. The project manager should take the privilege to contact with the artist and tourism for the deployment of the wall painting. The project manager is responsible for the selection of the site, team members, planning activities, providing roles and responsibility to the team members, meeting with sponsors, artists, contractors, and wall owner

 The quality of the murals drawn on the walls of the town is the important factor for increasing the tourism in the city. It helps in depicting the historical culture of the local resident of the people. The quality control processes should be implemented for checking the quality of painting periodically. The dialy reviewing reports should be submitted by the team executives to the project manager. They should take step forward in exploring the work done by their ancestor in reserving their cultural forum. The good quality portrait of the murals on the walls will result in attracting huge amount of tourism within the small town. The project manager should actively participate in guiding the local people of the area about the advantages of drawing murals in their locality. The approval of the project plan should be done for the implementation of murals on the wall the town. It is concluded that the agile project methodology helps in eliminating the flaws in the mock up design of the murals at the early stage by taking association and guidance from the project manager and the local head of the community. The final design of the mural is capable of raising the satisfaction level of the local community in delivering their cultural heritage at the global level for attracting millions of tourists towards their small town. The implementation of the agile methodology helps in resolving the social and ethical issues which exist with the local community so that the deployment program can be achieved flawless in the designing of the religious and cultural activities of the residing people. The approval of the project plan should be done for the implementation of murals on the wall the town.
