Objectives of the Project

The following report is a project initiation document that would be helpful for providing project brief to those stakeholders that are unknown to the operations of the project. The alignment of the effective project? activities would also be helpful for the continuation of the operations favouring the management of the activities. The implication of the project deployment methods would allow the utilization of the system development processes so that UNICEF would be able to develop the automated ERP system required for easing the processing and development of the operations. The integration would also help in forming the alignment of the improved operation development so that the implication of the effective modification of the payment system operation along with the inclusion of the stock maintenance system. The use of the improved operation development would also help in forming the deployment of the successive management of the operations favouring the employment if the successive development.

The objectives of the project of Implementation of ERP for UNICEF Child Care would be implemented for the alignment of the successive implication of the activities favouring the deployment of the automated ERP system for aligning the management of the improved functional analysis. The objectives of the project are,

• To deploy the alignment of operations for developing successive integration of the activities
• To implement ERP sales for UNICEF so that the implication of the effective operations would be deployed for listing the improved activities
• To deploy the use of the ERP sales for easing the payment process and stock maintenance

The existing system of UNICEF is a manual process that would be helpful for the alignment of the operations for favouring the development of the traditional operations. The manual payment and record keeping would be helpful for aligning the deployment of the successive integration of the operations. The manual payment process would be done by an employee for keeping the allocation of the operations and favouring the management of the successive management operations. The implication of the manual payment had tended to form major issues in delaying the activities and forming the major hindrance for the alignment of the stock management process. The existing system components are,

Manual Stock Maintenance: The manual maintenance of the stock is used in UNICEF for the food, residence, and education supplies to the children. However, it has resulted in forming the issues in improving the operations.

Traditional payment process: The traditional payment process is being used at UNICEF for managing the cost payment for the organization. The amount expended for providing the food, residence, and education to the children registered under child care at UNICEF.

The new ERP system development is helpful for forming the support and development of the activities and favour for the implication of the improved operational development. The ERP system would help UNICEF in,

Automatic Data Management: The automatic data management would be employed for UNICEF and it would also help in forming the utilization of the cohesive deployment of the operational process. The management of the data would be eased by the use of ERP system for UNICEF and the inclination of the operations favouring the alignment of the operation management. 

Smart Payment Process: The ERP operations would be aligned for aligning the management of the operations and it would be helpful for the formation of the improved alignment model and it would tend to form the deployment of the activities favouring the alignment of the operations. 

Supply Management: The supply management would also be eased by the use of the successive integration management. The ERP system would be helpful for forming the utilization of the effective operation development for the activities. The use of effective integration would also help in forming the utilization of the operations. 

The functional requirements of the technical requirements are the technical requirements that would be helpful for the alignment of the operations. Customer Feedback: The use of the customer feedback is a very crucial factor for the development of the ERP system. Reflections and Conclusions

The project of Implementation of ERP for UNICEF Child Care is being done for the analysing the prospects of the Learning Management and Development. I was able to use the effective project management operations for aligning the management of the improved operation development. The use of the successive development of the operations would also help in seising the opportunity for project development. I was able to use the successful management of the operations and it would also help in forming the references of future projects. 

In the project report, it would be helpful for the design development and system integration so that the UNICEF child care. The requirement of the project is developed for the alignment of the successive operation management. The use of the suitable timeline was helpful for forming the development of the final project report. Moreover, the analysis also helped in forming the utilization of the operations. The deployment of the operations is aligned for the formation of the successive plan development.
