However, the focus on the overall impact on employment along with public policy is very less (Schwab, 2017). Some authors and researchers have addressed the issue in various studies and articles. It evaluates the case when the robot will end up replacing the human power in the organization and its impact on public policy. Improvement in the emerging technologies can assist in raising the overall speed along with cost and quality of the existing goods and services; there can be a situation where they can displace a huge number of people.
