Case 1: Good case

In the concept of the working and the factor of the indulgence in a project there can be different scenario which can be faced. Each of the factor which can be seen in the domain of the working can be stated to be crucial which would be indicating the working which is being done in the organization.

The report directly focusses on the different conditions which can be faced within the working of the organization which is divided into three sectors which are good, bad and ugly. Each of the factor are explained in details so that different situation which are faced within the working can be judged.

Description 

Relating to the good case the scenario would be the engagement with the tile company which is mainly engaged in installing high end project. One of the good factors which can be stated in the domain is related to the working of the organization and how the task and the sub task relating to the execution of the project are done (Fuller et al. 2017).

In any project management case it can be stated that execution of the different working of the organization relating to a particular project can be a deciding factor onto the categorization of the working as good case. The main role of indulgence is the estimator of the different project which are conducted within the organization (Hornstein 2015). According to me the main advantage sector which can be seen in the domain is the parameters of quality which are included into the working so that each of the project would be reaching a desired standard so that the customers would be highly satisfied with the execution. If the process of working of the organization is aligned according to the standard the employee and the members who would be engaged in the sector of working would dedicated which would be impacting the operation. Good scenario directly helps to increase the customer interaction phase which is majorly seen in the organization which directly helps the organization to increase their competitive advantage in the field of expertise. As I have seen that most of the organization which is focused is situated in the stated of Sydney but it can be stated that due to the proper functionality of the organization and proper internal execution of the process the expansion sector can be focused due to the increased satisfaction level of the customers (Fleming and Koppelman 2016). There is different positive impact area which can be seen in the sector in a good case scenario which not only alter the organization environment but also impact the reputation which would be lagging into the mind of the customers.

There are various criteria which can be seen in the sector of the good case scenario when relating to the working of the organization is the employee engagement. In the Tile organization it can be seen that employee is given the liberty to give input into the different decision making sector (Nicholas and Steyn 2017). This makes the employee fell wanted within the working of the organization and eventually they tend to include positive response in the working of the organization. The structure of the organization can be another important aspect in the decision making and linking it to good cases. The engagement of the higher official towards the employee can be one of crucial factor which helps an organization to excel in different domain of working. The lower level employee should be approachable to the higher authority executive people so that they can get an input into the working and resolve problem if it arises in the execution of certain activity of the organization (Todorovi? et al. 2015). This concept can be very much helpful in establishing an environment of working which can be seen in the Tile company execution of the different operation.

Case 2: Bad case

Description 

In the working of the organization in the prospective of the project management it can be stated that the structure of the organization and the execution plan relating to different project are very much important (Mir and Pinnington 2014). The fate of the project and the working of the organization can be directly linked to the sector of planning which would be incorporated. In most of the cases it can be seen that if there is no proper orientation of working a project can reach to the factor of failure.

The organization which is focused in the sector is related to working in the domain of the interior design. According to me in a superficial manner it can be seen that the working of the organization is proper but in the sector of the internal there are different from of problem. The main area of emphasis which can be stated here is related to the bad management which impact the overall working which is related to the project. The team which is involved into the execution of the working can be stated to be not be aligned to the concept of the working which should be directed towards the working of the organization and reaching a desirable level of engagement. The relation between the employee and the higher official can be another sector which can be seen lagging in the sector (Marchewka 2014). Team work according to me is very crucial in the success factor of the organization and how the alignment of the working and the execution of the process can be done. It can be stated that in the working of the organization the interaction between the different teams which is involved in the working is done in a proper fashion so as to achieve the final outcome. In most of the cases it can be stated that planning can be stated as one of the primary factor which is related to the concept of the achieving a desirable standard of operation relating to the organization. There is different form of practices which can be included into the section of the working which can enhance the team activity but in the organization which is focused in the context does into involve any criteria of involvement.

The organization activity is stated as bad case mainly due to the factor of the negligence on the internal factor which impacted the operation with the customers. The impact area which can be seen in the context is also expanded into the employee sector even due to the factor of the lack of knowledge in the sector of working. The area which is related to the engagement of the team can be one of the important factor in the context of the working of the organization and in this manner it can be considered that the organization which is focused in the example lacked the necessary detailing which directly lead to bad strategy of project management.

Description 

In the context of the Ugly cases relating to project management the scenario which is taken into consideration is related to the working as a manager in a restaurant in Lebanon. In most of the cases relating to the factor of the working of the restaurant there can be many loopholes which are seen in the sector of the operation. In most of the area of the concern it can be stated that the gathering of the requirement of the customer can be one of the crucial factor which can drive the business to proper orientation. The alignment of the business should be linked to the requirement of the customer so that the different operation of the business can be executed in a proper manner. In most of the time the term ugly is included into the sector of project management when the organization is not aligned with the requirement of the organization. The management of the restaurant can be stated as one of the important factor which can be stated to be one of the factor which would be playing an active role. There are different active areas which can be stated that would be playing active role in areas of indulgence which would be affecting the business.

Case 3: Ugly case

Ugly according to me can be stated in a manner which would be affecting the customers directly. This is due to the factor that most of the areas which linked to the business should be oriented towards a common goal which is communication and the strategy of the orientation of the working. The factor of ugly as seen in the case study stated can be stated to be very much crucial in the sector of the working and how the engagement of the different sector which is related to the pattern of business. In the concept of ugly I have seen that there is connection which can directly be established in the different working of the organization and the statement in most of the cases can be stated to be altering the factor of the working of the concept.  

Ugly can be a point which can be directly be included into the project management scenario which can be stated as a point which can be playing an active role in the sector of working of the concept. Hence forth according to (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017) the point of emphasis which should be related to the working should be done in a manner which should be satisfying the customers so that they can easily indulge themselves into the working of the business. The alignment of the business can be stated to be one of the important factor which can included into the sector of working.

Conclusion

The report can be concluded on a factor that there are different sectors of project management scenario which can be judged according to the circumstances of the business and the working which is seen in the sector. In most of the times it can be seen that the interaction with the business and the working which is seen in the sector can be one of the crucial points in this domain of interaction. The project manager can be stated to be playing an important role in the sector of the working of the concept. He has the overall control of the different working environment and he also has a role which is related to the proper orientation of the business sector.
