In case, if the organization is only concerned about the development and the improvement of the accounting system and the procurement along with the purchasing process, the accounting software can be taken into consideration.

It can be said that adopting the accounting software would be more suitable for the organization as it implies that there is a need for GAAM to improve the accounting system. There is a need for paying attention in the purchasing process of the organization.
