They are all having a personal life and not everyone can balance between the personal and professional life. The employees need to know that the business cares about their personal life as well and there is no way that their work-life balance would be affected by the business organization. The communication should channelize this.
  • Leading the business communication with the help of examples: It is important to let the staff know that their priorities are higher than they perceive and the business organization is answerable to all the questions they have. I personally believe that they should also be given proper guidance whenever they are needed.
  • Offering an outlet for anonymous feedback:It can occur that a communication does not go through a positive way and it should be taken in a positive way if any query of any employee makes the management uncomfortable.
  • Respecting the cultural differences:In the age of globalization it is necessary that the business organization house different cultures. In order to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves, management must be culturally sensitive.
