The paper mainly reflects on the organization Globlex that mainly aims to develop online farm management system in order to replace the manual system that the organization uses in order to handle its business related operations. The development of Online system by Globlex is quite advantageous as it not only provides the facility of online booking but also assists in providing effective facility of data maintenance that further helps in reflecting that the objectives that is associated within breeding within the both Australian as well as international market is successfully achieved. It is identified that agile project methodology is mainly utilized within the project for developing the online stud farm management system successfully.

The report mainly focusses on communication plan, team charter, learning cycles as well as reflection that mainly discusses about the skills, methodologies as well as techniques which are mainly required by the ICT project manager within the IT profession.

The development of Online Stud Farm management system is quite beneficial for both the breeders as well as farmers as the system assists in giving effective facility of making payment as well as booking orders on an online platform. It is identified that Globlex is providing help to the breeders by generally storing information associated with breeding. Furthermore, the system that is developed is found to effective in giving proper opportunity to the breeders in making proper contact with the manager when necessary. Moreover, the system also have proper mobile features which assists in giving proper easy as well as quick process of recording.

As a project manager, I have gained proper skills as well as knowledge in resolving conflicts as well as managing the requirements of the project by proceeding the project as per the initial project schedule. In spite of the fact that the role that is provided to me is new, I work properly within the project for finishing it successfully. I have gained positive experiences in context to conflict management, leadership as well as problem solving. Despite of the proper planning, I have analyzed that the project success is very much inevitable and thus some people faces issues as well as challenges in managing the project.

I have analyzed after undertaking this project that leaders generally requires proper skills and knowledge in order to make the entire project successful. I believe that a leader must have proper capability of managing as well as leading the project effectively by giving proper direction to the project team members of the organization so that they can perform their responsibilities as well as job successfully. However from this project I have analyzed that a single style of leadership never makes project successful as a result a leader needs to change his style of leadership from time to time so that as per the situation they can work effectively in completing the work of the project. Additionally I have learnt how to get ideas from the team members by proper communication.
In the profession of ICT as a project manager I analyzed that proper knowledge as well as skills is needed for managing the entire project effectively. Appropriate knowledge in the methodologies of project management is generally needed so that proper project methodology as per the project type can be used. Additionally, the ICT project manager must have proper skills in context to project negotiations so that it can be properly applied within the project. Moreover, excellent in management as well as organizing project is indispensable for giving proper work opportunity to the project team members.
