My personal experience as a team leader is alike with the understanding of leadership quality. In terms of managing of project work, I developed numbers of leadership qualities like cool, integrity, team building, proper communication etc which helps to operate and manage a project in successful manner. Apart from that, it becomes important to gain better capabilities of project management. The suitable project management assists to complete the undertaken project within the estimated budget and time in successful way.
