The technology plays a vital role in global environment since the communication part is being done through electronic media, though this study does not take into account that issue.

It is impossible for an individual to perform all the tasks on their own, supporting and guiding the other people required for accomplishing the complicated assignments. Sometimes the terminologies of groups and team are being used interchangeably even with the differences that survives between the two. Development of the team along with team work is a bigger challenge for any sort of organization. For the leader of the team to successfully navigate his team in the right direction is absolutely required for understanding the several stages of the development of team and their role in every phase of the development of the team.

Due to diversity of culture and cohesion in the organizations there is a huge diversity among the people who have been continuously working together. Hence, managing global teams will be a matter of serious concern.

This chapter is going to illustrate the entire procedure in which the research will be conducted. Research methodology can be defined as the process that is used to retrieve data and information in order to make business decision.  Research methodology consists of publication of the research and the various ingredients such as research design, research philosophy, research approach, research technique, survey, questionnaires, research publication, ethical consideration and many more.  In order to execute a research, proper methodology needs to be designed in a logical manner.   2. Secondary Data Collection

Primary data collection is used when the data are retrieved from the direct sources such as the working employees, the customers, the managers and the people who have fisrt hand experience of the hosen topic. Data collection tools such as interview, survey, questionnaires are used during the retrieval of the primary data. Primary data are often considered as authentic as they are collected directly from the people with experience.

On the other hand, the secondary data are collected from the peer reviewed articles and the journals, blogs; government published statistical tables and papers and so on. In order to ensure the authenticity of the collected data, the process of rejection and acceptance is going to be followed.

While conducting this particular research both primary and secondary data collection methods are going to be taken into consideration. A set of questionnaire would be designed that would be mailed to the chosen respondents. According to the responses the data would be analyzed.

This is the process of analyzing the retrieved data.  The collected data would be formulated through charts and tables.
