Due to inadequate numbers of staffs, the company was unable to serve frequently to all the customers.  The company has a web application but due to poor navigation and un-friendly user interface, people never shown their interest to buy products from the company through online platform. Due to heavy customer’s traffic, the degree of error occurrences was also increasing rapidly for the company.

Customers are the most vital and important assets for project. In order to gain commercial benefits and for long term sustainable growth, it is vital to have a strong relationship with the customers. Inadequate communication lead towards unmet customer’s expectations. If the customers are found not connected to the company services and products then automatically, the economic growth of the company will start declining.
