General and administrative expense: General and administrative expenses on the other hand for the quarter ending June 30, 2016 were $4.5 where as 1.5 million for the financial year of 2015. The company considers the fixed cost as those cost involving overheads and other expenses, which forms the part of the production. On the other hand, variable cost is directly indentified cost, which is associated with the products and varies largely with the changing environment.
