This project will follow the SDLC methodology to fulfill the requirements and goals of the project. This project will choose the spiral SDLC methodology during the development phase (Miller 2017). The spiral methodology is a flexible methodology that helps in iteration and repetition. As mentioned by Moura and Zhang (2017), the project will pass through four phases over the spiral and gaining the feedbacks of the customers in the market. As commented by Kennedy (2017), this model will helps in creating a highly customized project and user feedback will be incorporated in the project.

As mentioned by Mehler (2017), there will be three basic factors for the acceptance of the project in the market. These factors re as follows:

Time, Scope and Cost

The time, scope and cost of the project is maintained properly during the development cycle. This will help in maintaining an efficient working of the website over the internet (Huss 2017).

The key deadlines during the deliverables

The deadlines of the deliverables to the customer will be strictly maintained that will help in satisfying the customers with the services provided by the website on the market (Wang, Wang, and Wang 2017).

Specification

All the specification of the web-based system will be maintained in the project that provides a legal agreement between the project management and the client (Nguyen 2017).

The terms regarding the tine and scope of the project will be mentioned in the legal terms with the project manager and the client (Mazur 2017). There will be no requirement of any special kind of terms and regulation in the project. The basic assumptions that will be made includes the efficient management of scope, client regulation, time and cost management during the project and proper availability of resources for the project (Ko and Kirsch 2017).

Constraints will be minimal, as the manager will able ti access the web-based systems in the meantime. The progress of the project will be accessed on demand (Weissbrod and Bocken 2017).
