“So, What is Personality”

“Personality is the unique, relatively enduring internal and external aspects of a person’s character that influence behavior in different situations (Schultz & Schultz, 2017, p.6).” Each of us have a blend of traits that are simultaneously unique to us and shared with others. Review pages 1-6 in chapter 1 and discuss how this apparent contradiction can be. How can your personal worldview, or theory (Schultz & Schultz, 2017, pp. 29-30), influence how you interpret these traits in your own personality and that of others around you? Which techniques (Schultz & Schultz, 2017, pp. 13 – 19) might best reflect your own theory at this point?
