Arrow Construction Australia has been building for over 15 years. The mission of the company is to raise its capital into high level for sick children. Along with that it wants to make fresh thinking with powerful partnering for the growth of the business. The objective of Arrow construction is to enhance the market scope. It is expertise in construction, design management, partnership project management and project delivery. Arrow construction is able to handle situation because it has number of skilled employees and board of directors. It has accomplished many projects regarding education, hospitality, residential, apartments and old aged home. To survive in the construction company, business need to require more than knowing how to provide standard projects along with connection with key people that matter (Wong, Demertjis, Hardie and Lo, 2014).

Arrow construction company intent starting small from Ron Anderson and Bob foster was co-founder of this company. In 1990, Arrow establishes its first project which was successful and after that Arrow started to establish its branch in Melbourne. It is the vision of the company of growing the business so that it becomes global business brand. To gain the vision, we just put our company in the path of progress and ensure that we recruit passionate and experienced employees at different levels. Arrow construction company ensures that we will make a group that will perform together to obtain the vision of company. We served more than 10 years in construction industry which make us confident to take decision fast because our experience in this field is stronger. Our board of member and executive team are highly respected people of Australia who have served the Australia government in various capacities. We are able to deal with different projects. We have observed that a client thinks twice before involving in the contracts of construction to newbie in the industry. We are strong in financial condition but we do not have that much fund or investment to initiate new project on our basis. To grab the opportunity and investment in latest equipments, we require huge financial base.

We have advantage in the form of vision, mission and business concept in the industry. We can start our business in all over the world. We can initiate new project because we are well established to perform not only with the state government but also with the highly repudiated sector of private. It would be opportunity for our company to enhance the number of employees who are skilled and capable. These steps can help us to think broader for the purpose of initiating new project (Gao and Low, 2014).

There can be so many factors which can influence not only established company but also those companies that initiate its business newly. These factors can be policies of government, downturn of global economic and natural disasters which cannot be seen. These are the form of threats that we are likely going to face in the growth of our company in the place where our setup of company has effective appearance (Santos and Laczniak, 2015).

 It is the market trend of the company that it is always coming out with number of different procedures which help it to gain more within short span of time. It has been observed that the construction company is time consuming job majorly in the construction of enormous projects. The players of the construction industry are known about the policy of government that they are the biggest clients. Apart from that there is another trend of the construction company that is subletting of contracts. It is evident that construction enhances the power of leverage on their products and services to gain contracts and even in some cases after gaining the contract, they will more forward to sublet the contract to Construction Company which is smaller. It is done because smaller construction companies can give leverage on such opportunities so that it can appear itself.

Targeted market

The targeted market of our company covers not only the government sector but also organized private sector and people of various classes. We are providing efficient services to our clients and selling points in excellent manner and timely delivery of construction projects through use of best practices of global. To enhance the sales of our projects, we will start from local market, people and organization as well. We will initiate our business and offer new projects not only within Australia’s one state but also in all over Australia. Arrow Construction Company is known to deal with small scale projects. We will design our services specifically. These services will be designed for families, organization, education department, land owners, university campus, businessman and businesswoman, the government of the Australia, the government of other nations as well and for foreign investors who are interested to invest their money in certain property (Aghdaie and Alimardani, 2015).

Competitive advantages

It has been observed that there are number of construction companies and huge investors which deals in larger projects and who are well recognized in construction industry. It can be possible that we have to compete with them in the time to bid for contracts of juicy government. It can be challengeable condition for us, especially in highly organized market. Our competitive advantage is not limited (Sakas, Vlachos and Nasiopoulos, 2014). The board members of our company are highly respected professionals. They are the people who are eligible to handle the things appropriately. They know that how to treat in the condition and have the connections and experience as well to handle the situation with no struggle. It is indeed part for our company of competitive advantage that we bring to the market.

Along with that there is one more positive factor with our company that Clive Appleton is the chairman Arrow construction company who served services in the Australia leading construction company ad gave contribution in the Perth Airport redevelopment and he was leading role to find the APN property group which has $2.4 billion of funds under management. He has the robust experience in this industry. He is playing a major role with other connections or people of the Arrow construction company to make company leading company in all over Australia.

Sales and marketing strategy

In our business plan we have defined our target market. We are able to grab the opportunities by adopting some of the winning formulas that will be helpful to use to win important construction industry. We know that to grow in construction industry, we need to take different marketing and sales strategies to make client for our projects. Arrow Company is known about the bureaucracy from the government that is having existence in bidding for only contracts of construction. It is undoubtedly that our team of marketing and sales would be hired as per their eligibility and experience in the construction industry. To achieve the aim and objectives of the company, we will provide the session of training which will be helpful to them to understand the company norms and objectives in depth. It is our goal to become lead company in globally. It can be achieved by sales and marketing team by ensuring that team is delivering on set targets (McGrath, 2013). Arrow Construction Company can adopt different strategies of sales and marketing such as leverage on the internet, promptness in bidding contracts, put the list of business in yellow pages and advertise our real estate site on websites

It has been concluded that Arrow Construction Company is established company which served its business in construction industry for so many years. Business plan has been made on Arrow Construction Company which reflected that Arrow Construction Company has the capability to enhance its business in wide manner. SWOT analysis of company has been made which defined the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of the company. It has been observed that to grow in the business, plan is necessary and along with that there should be marketing and sales strategy which should be able to handle the situations appropriately. Arrow Construction Company has implemented marketing and sales strategy to develop its business.
